Our shipping fee is £10.00 per order (will be converted to other currency based on your choice), no matter how many items you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.
Your order is usually dispatched within 12-72 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order by DHL,UPS,and FEDEX - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking). Deliveries usually take 7~10 working days to arrive.
We need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. Please bear in mind that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our packages need a signature after you get your package. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your package.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

 If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us ASAP. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it free of charge. If your order has been packed well and you still want to cancel it, we are afraid a 5% packing fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it.
